Overview

Please come and visit our home! We would love to welcome you with traditional Japanese home-cooked meals while spending a fun and enjoyable time together. Through recipes that have been passed down through generations and dishes made with seasonal ingredients, we hope you can experience Japanese food culture and daily life. We would be delighted to share not only the warm atmosphere unique to a Japanese home but also to talk about our culture and traditions. We look forward to gathering around the table with you and sharing the rich flavors of Japanese cuisine!
And, I work for a local TV station and know a lot of information about Ehime Prefecture, so please let me help make your trip to Japan more fulfilling.

I was drawn not only to going there and eating Japanese food, but also to the experience of helping with the cooking. (It was my first time assisting with Japanese cuisine.) There were dishes I tried for the first time, like taimeshi, and it made me want to experience more Japanese food.
