What we'll do

We go to a restaurant famous for kushikatsu, a local dish famous in Osaka. At this restaurant, you can also taste sake served in tin containers.
Tinware is a traditional Osaka craft, and you can also purchase tinware at the workshop.
The tour includes a delicious lunch at the restaurant and a visit to the workshop where the tinware craftsmen work.

Meeting place

Your guide will meet you at your hotel.From there we will take public transportation.( Transport expenses not included )

    Kushinobo restaurant in Namba

    Lunch at the main restaurant of Kushi-no-Bo, a kushikatsu restaurant with many branches. Once inside the building, which used to be a ryokan (Japanese inn), the atmosphere is nostalgic, like stepping back in time.The chef cooks fresh kushikatsu right in front of your eyes.

    Osaka Tin vessels workshop

    A studio that produces tinware, a traditional Osaka craft. It is a small workshop, but many young craftsmen are making tinware in the traditional way. Visitors can see and purchase their works. Tours of the workshop are by reservation for up to 4 people and not open to the public all the time. I will let you know if it is possible after you inquire.
