2. Japanese paper shop called "Haibara".
They have all of paper stuff such as Origami, greeting card, paper fan, notebook, paper box and so on.
A bit small shop but they have very beautiful Japanese papers.
3. Kotsu-Kaikan
There are plenty of stores called "antenna shop". This is a store that specialize in local products from various regions in Japan.
You can find hidden Japamese souveniors!!
Also they have the Japanese Samurai helmet shop. It would be great experince for you even though window shopping.
