The region of the Akame 48 Waterfalls are considered one the prettiest waterfalls and forests for a leisurely walk in Japan. There are not in fact 48 waterfalls, the number is assumed to refer to the quantity of prayers one would make in mountain worship in the area. What can be said of the falls is that they are rumored to have been a center for ninja training. Presently, a ninja training school can be found near the fall's entrance. With a costume rental, this is a great time to take a picture to show off your ninja training. A perfect destination for those looking for a good forest hike, or for fans of the ninja arts; the Akame 48 Waterfalls shouldn't be missed.
