Kozamami Beach is the main beach in Zamami Island that received 2 stars in the French Michelin Green Guide Japan. It has a beautiful contrast of white coral sand and transparent blue sea that goes on forever. Swimming just a few meters away from the shore will allow swimmers to swim with colorful tropical fishes. The main Okinawa Island ocean is famous for its clarity but Kozamami Beach ocean is called Kerama Blue with one of the world’s best transparency. It is a recommended diving and snorkeling spot. Because of its high transparency and abundant coral reefs, you can encounter many fishes. The vicinity is an egg laying site for sea turtles so if you are lucky you can see sea turtles when you snorkel. There are also many anemone fishes that kids love in the shallow coral reefs near the beach.
