Misugi town is a town rich in nature and is the first area in the Tokai area certified as a base for Forrest therapy. Walking through the forest, one can look forward to "effects for beautiful skin", " effects on the immune system" and "relaxation from aroma effects". A therapy road has been laid out around Hinotani Onsen Misugi Resort and you can walk around observing not only nature but also temples and shrines. Don't forget about the hot springs too. In addition to 4 indoor baths, there is a large outdoor bath with a bicarbonate spring which contributes to smooth, white skin. There is also a beer bath that cannot be found elsewhere in Japan; real beer is mixed with hot spring water as a collaboration bath with Hinotani Beer. There are also guest rooms straight out of a dream, which includes a draft beer server allowing guests to drink craft beer to their heart's content during their stay.
*The beer bath is diluted so the alcohol percentage is under 0.03%, however, minors, expectant mothers and those with allergies should refrain from using this bath.
