Shikisai no Oka is a spectacular flower garden that rolls along the hills of Biei in Hokkaido. With a vast array of beautiful and colorful flowers from April till October, the neatly organized carpets of color feature tulips, lavender, sunflowers dahlia flowers among many more. Due to the hills that these flowers reside on, being the nicely sloping hills that they are, you can get panoramic views of the flowers from different points, making for great views of a sea of color.
