The Shiraito no Taki Waterfall only measures in at three meters high; however, that does not take away from its beauty. The seventy meter wide waterfall is located north of downtown Karuizawa in Nagano Prefecture. Hidden amongst the lush vegetation, this waterfall’s majestic thread-esque stream is truly a sight to behold. Furthermore, immediately below, visitors can visit a secondary small waterfall where water streams over multiple steps.
