Located inside the Kikkoman soy sauce factory, the Soy Sauce Museum is the best place to learn everything there is know know about soy sauce, a seasoning representative of Japan.  After watching the "soy sauce pre-production" video, visitors will have the chance to observe the manufacturing process in person.  Guests are often intrigued by how soy sauce changes over the course of fermentation, and during the observation you'll have the chance to experience the difference in the colors and scents of soy sauce that has just been uncapped and that which has been left out at room temperature.  After the observation finishes, you'll receive a bottle of soy sauce as a souvenir of your trip to the museum.  (The type of souvenir is subject to change.)
Within the establishment you'll find the Bean Cafe, where you can experience the deliciousness of soy sauce, as well as a variety of shops that sell Kikkoman original merchandise and other special products of Noda City.
