Takatouge Tsutsujigaoka Koen Park, located in Tarumizu Kagoshima, is a mountain pass that, in the Springtime, is decorated by over a 100 different types of rhododendron flowers with vibrant shades of pinks and reds, with well over 100,000 flowers at any one time. On top of the 722m (2368 feet) hill on the mountain pass is an observing space where you can get a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area.
