The Inuyama Artifacts Museum/Castle & Town Museum is located in the Inuyama area in Aichi. It is dedicated to both the preservation of historical Edo period artifacts in the Inuyama area and teaching people the culture and way of life of Inuyama castle and surrounding towns in the area. The castle and town's street layout have stayed the same since the Edo period, making it a very valuable historical site. It allows for visitors to have a peek into the way of life for merchants, as well as the samurai culture which had thrived during this time.
