Chosen as a venue for the 2019 Rugby World Cup, this venue is located close to Fukuoka Airport and you may see it when taking off and landing in an airplane. Access to Hakata Station, where the Shinkansen terminates, is only 2 stations and 5 minutes away. You can also go directly to the two main areas of Fukuoka; Nakasu and Tenjin via the subway. Fukuoka, famous for its 'gourmet town', has many specialties including seafood from the Genkai Sea, ramen, udon, mizutaki, and motsunabe. The stadium had its name changed to Level5 Stadium in 2002.
