The Moomin Valley Park is a Moomin themed park in Saitama prefecture. Despite the Finnish origins of the Moomin, the Japanese TV series of the same theme brought the characters quite a bit of popularity within Japan. With a number of activities befitting a theme park, some of the more popular ones are boat rentals and a zipline you can ride on. At intervals during the day, Moomin shows will be held at the park's outdoor theater. A rare opportunity for overseas fans of Moomins, the Moomin Valley Park is a great place to bring the family.
