Mt. Rokko Garden Terrace is one of a few lookout spots and you can experience a million dollar view at night view. The dome-like observation deck that stands on Mt. Rokko is made of Japanese Cypress and the gentle aroma wafts when you enter. There are several other observation spots and you can enjoy the different expressions of the view during the day and at night. The Garden Terrace also has a trendy selection of goods shops, a stone accessory shop and gift shops. From Spring to Fall, individuals can spend a leisurely time on the staircase shaped terrace with soft-serve ice cream, which we highly recommend.
