The Umeda Sky Building in Osaka has about 40 floors with the Kuchu Teien Observatory on its rooftop. Enjoy a magnificent view of Osaka through the glass front windows of the tower, while eating at restaurants or sipping drinks at the stardust sky lounge on the 39th floor. You can also buy some souvenirs at the gallery. The observatory itself offers a sky walk through the “unknown world above the clouds” and the floating illumination of the garden observatory at night is a must see.

The best place in Osaka for city view. Especially at night. The basement floor of this building is designed like old traditional Japanese street. There are many famous and delicious restaurants with reasonable price on the basement floor. Must visit place at night.
