Asahimachi Wine is a long-established and historical winery rooted in the cultural climate of Yamagata since 1944. They use good quality grapes and the newest brewing technologies and brew using only domestic grapes such as local ones from Yamagata. It is rare in Japan, it is a big characteristics that there is the company’s wide grape vineyard in front of the building where you can enjoy flowers and greenery. Watching the bottling process, you can enjoy a sample of more than 20 kinds of wine and brandy and create an original label with your favorite picture.
