Camel Farm is a winery in Yoichi Town, Hokkaido, that is operated by Kaldi Coffee Farm. Grape cultivation has been taking place in these fields since the 1980s, and after the vast vineyards were inherited, full-scale wine production started in 2017.
The distillery is furnished with the newest equipment, and while following a traditional Italian production method, they are aiming to manufacture wines that are recognized globally. The grapes grown in the cool climate of Yoichi contain plenty of acidity, and sparkling wines that make use of that acidity are some of the top products at Camel Farm.
