Rita Farm & Winery, established in 2013, was the third winery to open in Yoichi Town. Mainly white varieties of grapes are grown in the gentle southern slopes of the vineyard, named the "Windy Vineyard" for the southern breeze that blows through it towards the ocean.
They practice brewing methods in line with nature, utilizing natural fermentation with wild yeast as much as possible in their wine production. Their natural wines are attracting attention both domestically and abroad, and they independently export to the U.S.A. and France.
