Choroko Lake sits at the foot of Mt. Fubo, part of the South Zao Mountain Range. This beautiful lake, which is 2km in circumference, reflects the surrounding mountains in its water with great clarity. In the summer, the green leaves sparkle in the reflection of the water, while the autumn leaves color the mountains a ferrous red in the fall. During these two popular seasons, rental boats and food stalls open around the lake.
