You can borrow indoor Yukata attire to walk around in during you stay and there are plenty of amenities available meaning you won’t need to bring anything with you either! The hot spring water is alkaline and is said to be good for neuralgia, muscle ache, bad blood circulation, recovery process after illness and for fatigue recovery.
