Chosen as a venue for the 2019 Rugby World Cup, Nissan Stadium (International Stadium Yokohama) , garnered much attention as the final venue for the 2002 FIFA World Cup and is remembered as the stage for numerous famous scenes in sports. Nissan Stadium has very easy access to tourist attractions in Yokohama. The Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum is a 10 minute walk from the stadium. Here, famous stores from all over the country are lined up in streets recreating the 1950s, and visitors can buy souvenir ramen at the stalls. Tourist spots like Yokohama Port and Yokohama Chinatown are also dotted around the city, so you can fully enjoy what Yokohama has to offer. The use of the stadium car park will be restricted during the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
