With the history of international exchange as its theme, the Nagasaki Museum of History and Culture is a museum where visitors can see valuable examples of culture and fine arts and crafts. The museum building itself is a reconstruction of an Edo period magistrate's office. Additionally, at the traditional crafts workshop, visitors can experience making traditional arts and crafts of Nagasaki that were originally created through international exchange. Through hands-on displays that use CG and animation, visitors are sure to have fun learning about Nagasaki's history at this museum.
