Omogokei Gorge is located in the Kumakogen area of Ehime Prefecture. The gorge, which runs through a mountain range, extends more than 9km along the upper streams of the Niyodogawa river. It has been designated a national spot of scenic beauty and is highly recommended for nature lovers. It is also a popular location to see autumn foliage.
