The Ryugukutsu Sea Cave is a scenic cave on the coast of Shizuoka Prefecture. It literally means Dragon Palace Cave and was created through erosion by the waves. Through natural forces, its ceiling collapsed, leaving a hole in the cave through which sunlight falls into the cave today. When seen from above the shape of the cave looks like a heart. This is a great photography spot to visit if you are in Shimoda.
