The Kinsakubaru Primeval Forest is a valuable virgin forest, home to plants and animals designated as natural monuments and unique to Amami. The mountains of Amami Oshima Island are also home to many natural subtropical broad-leaved trees. The sun filtering through the branches gives the forest a mysterious aura, and with a bit of luck, visitors might be able to see some rare animals.

*The number of visitors allowed at a time is limited. Once the limit has been reached, entrance may be restricted.
