Beautiful on a warm summer day, a trip across the Tsunoshima Ohashi Bridge will carry you over the deep blue waters of the Sea of Japan. It stands as one of the longest such bridges in Japan, at just under 1800 meters. As functional as it is beautiful, this bridge is constantly in use by vehicles and is therefore unavailable for foot traffic. But a trip to the opposite side of the bridge will reward you with an opportunity to scale Tsunoshima Lighthouse, which is open to the public and a great chance to get out on foot and take some memorable pictures.
