Katsura-hama Beach extends out in an arc, and is a famous moon viewing spot. Nearby attractions include the Tosa Dog Fighting Center, where fights between Tosa dogs can be viewed in person, as well as the Katsurahama Aquarium, and a souvenir center. At the Ryuzu Cape, a statue of Ryoma Sakamoto, a 17th century revolutionary hero known throughout Japan, looks out over the Pacific ocean.
